How to Apply

The scholarship application can be found under the Financial Aid tab within your Owl Express portal. 

STEPS:

Step 1:  Go to  http://www.kennesaw.edu

Step 2:  Click MyKSU (at the top of the screen)

Step 3:  Scroll down to Owl Express (Kennesaw)

Step 4:  Click Login

Step 5:  Authenticate

Note:  You will need to authenticate by using your assigned KSU NetID and entering your password

Step 6:  Click The Financial Aid Tab  

Step 7:  Click Scholarship Application

Step 8:  Complete one easy application. 

Step 9:   Remember to answer the Coca-Cola Essay Question:  As a first-generation college student, which individual(s) or life experience/event impacted your decision to go to college?

Step 10: Answer all the questions

Step 11: Save and Submit 

Things to Remember:

• Have available all your information, including extracurricular activities, and volunteer information
• Before writing your essay review the tips on the FAQ Your writing skills will be a part of the evaluation process. Check your essays for spelling and grammatical errors before submitting. 

Note:  Students are matched to all scholarship for which they are eligible by applying just once each academic year.

Deadline is April 1, 2018
